Applying for a property

After you have viewed your chosen properties and decided to proceed with one, we will begin the credit check process and request references. Tenant Insurance

You are responsible for insuring your own belongings and any furnishings provided by the landlord including carpets. We can offer contents insurance for you as a tenant, from providers that give you peace of mind. You will be covered in the event of a fire, flooding, theft or related household damage.
