THE GENERAL PURPOSE BUILDINGS

BUILDING 1 98'5" x 196'10" (30m x 60m). Building 1 is of steel portal frame construction with steel box profile cladding and roof, concrete retaining wall to 1 metre, concrete floor, roller shutter door to 6 metres and the height to eaves is 9 metres.

BUILDING 2 71'2" x 42'8" (21.7m x 13m). Building 2 is of steel portal frame construction with a corrugated fibre cement sheet roof, concrete block walling and a concrete floor. Sliding doors to 5 metres and height to eaves is 5 metres.

BUILDING 3 68'11" x 79'9" (21m x 24.3m). Building 3 is of steel portal frame construction with corrugated fibre cement sheet roof, with similar cladding over brick walls, wooden grain walling to 3 metres high, concrete floor, roller shutter door to 5 metres and height to eaves is 5 metres.

BUILDING 4 61'8" x 42'8" (18.8m x 13m). Building 4 is of steel portal frame construction with insulated corrugated fibre cement roof, full brick to one wall, brick to 1 metre high with corrugated fibre cement cladding on remaining three walls, concrete floor, wooden sliding doors to 4.5 metres and eaves height is 5 metres.

BUILDING 5 42'4" x 106'4" (12.9m x 32.4m). Building 5 is a Crendon concrete frame with brick walls and corrugated fibre cement sheet roof and cladding. There are sliding doors to 3 metres at the southern end and a roller shutter door at the northern end, height to eaves is 4.5 metres.

BUILDING 6 76'9" x 22'4" (23.4m x 6.8m). Concrete block construction with corrugated fibre cement roof and concrete floor. Divided internally with a brick wall into general store and bunded chemical store. There is a roller shutter door to 3.5 metres and eaves height is 3.5 metres at each end.

BUILDING 7 91'2" x 36'1" (27.79m x 11m). Building 7 is of brick construction with corrugated fibre cement sheet roof and concrete floor and bunding. Sliding doors to 4 metres at both ends and eaves height is 3.48m.

BUILDING 8 91'2" x 34'1" (27.79m x 10.39m). Building 8 is of steel frame construction with corrugated fibre cement sheet roof and similar cladding to three walls with full brick to one wall and brick to 2 metres high on remaining three walls. Eaves height is 3.36 metres.

BUILDING 9 32'2" x 151'3" (9.8m x 46.1m). Building 9 is of steel frame construction with corrugated steel cladding to roof and walls, concrete floor and height to eaves is 5.16 metres.

OPEN FRONTED LEAN TO 20'4" x 106'4" (6.2m x 32.4m). The Lean-to has a Crendon concrete frame with a corrugated fibre cement sheet roof. The building is split into 7 bays with a hardcore floor.

LEAN TO 20'4" x 24'7" (6.2m x 7.5m). Steel frame construction with a corrugated fibre cement roof and cladding, concrete floor with wooden sliding doors.

LEAN TO 2 18'1" x 12'2" (5.51m x 3.7m). Steel frame construction with a corrugated fibre cement roof and cladding, concrete floor with wooden sliding doors.

WORKSHOP 18'6" x 42'8" (5.64m x 13m). Steel frame construction with a corrugated fibre cement roof and concrete block walling. The workshop is divided internally with a workshop, kitchen and toilets. Height to eaves is 3.3 metres.

WOODSHIP SHED 18'1" x 36'5" (5.51m x 11.1m). The building is of concrete block and timber frame construction, corrugated fibre cement cladding, concrete floor and houses a ETA-50 KW biomass boiler.

GARAGE 20' x 38'5" (6.1m x 11.7m). Of concrete block construction, concrete floor, two up and over doors and a personnel door.

SOLAR PANELS    Fully owned 135KW system at 9.8 pence per KW. Feed in tariff with 15 years remaining from July 2019. Sited on roof of building no. 1 and generating approximately £20,000 per annum (last complete year)
