Lucy joined the Lettings Department early 2023, so is fairly new to the team, yet she has adapted to the role incredibly quickly. Her background of customer service really shines through in her daily duties as a fieldworker which includes moving tenants into their new homes & routine inspections, along with guiding our Landlords & Tenants with their understanding of renting ….nothing fazes her. PS her baking is amazing!
