With over 25 years of experience in the Lincolnshire rental market, Lynne brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role as Lettings Director. Having been with DDM Residential for many years, she’s a valued member of the senior management team, helping to oversee the Lettings department and ensure smooth operations across all offices.
A qualified member of ARLA Propertymark (MARLA), Lynne stays up to date with the latest legislation and industry standards. Her extensive experience allows her to effectively support both landlords and property consultants across the region.
Lynne loves building positive, long-lasting relationships between landlords and tenants. She takes great pride in helping people find a place to call home and in ensuring that the service her team provides is always of the highest standard.
Problem-solving is what Lynne finds most rewarding. She enjoys tackling complex situations and finding fair, practical solutions that work for everyone involved. Seeing the difference her team makes to someone’s rental journey gives her immense satisfaction.

Lynne’s dream property would be an eco-lodge facing the sunset, or a cosy beach hut by the sea.
Her dream holiday destination is the Faroe Islands, even after visiting many incredible places, they’re still at the top of her list
Three items she’d bring on a desert island: A supply of fresh coffee, a good book, and a Rubik’s cube. One-way ticket only!
Lynne’s favourite meal would be anything Greek, full of flavour and sunshine.
In her spare time, Lynne enjoys travel writing, spoiling her much-loved four-legged friends, and jokes that in another life, she’d run an authentic coffee shop as a secret spy.
Her favourite season is Summer.
