As a Sales Negotiator, Emily guides buyers and sellers through every step of their property journey. Her role includes promoting homes, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring each transaction runs smoothly right through to completion. Although she had no prior experience in property before joining DDM over three years ago, Emily quickly adapted and learned everything on the job, proving her dedication, resilience, and passion for helping people move home.
Emily loves supporting customers with their property search and being part of such an important milestone in their lives. For her, the very best part of the job is completion day, especially when it’s been a challenging transaction and she finally gets to hand the keys over to the new owner.

Her dream property would be a countryside cottage surrounded by acres of land, complete with stables for her horses, the perfect rural escape.
Emily’s dream holiday destination is the USA, particularly Texas, Montana, and Wyoming, where she hopes to experience the cowboy lifestyle firsthand.
When it comes to hobbies and sport, horse riding is her passion. She enjoys show jumping, cross country, and spending time competing. Outside of the saddle, she loves walking her three dogs through the countryside or relaxing at home.
Her favourite food? Cheese, any kind, as long as it’s not the really smelly stuff!
Her favourite season is spring, a time when everything comes back to life and the weather sits perfectly between hot and cold.
Emily’s claim to fame? Guy Fawkes is in her family tree, a fun and unusual piece of history!
Three essential items she’d take to a desert island: a knife, a lighter, and a water filter, she’s watched enough Bear Grylls to know the basics of survival.
Tea or coffee? Tea – and it has to be Yorkshire Tea.
