Hayley O’keefe

Fine & Country Business Development Manager

Hayley

Hayley, our Business Development Manager, brings a wealth of experience to Fine & Country Northern Lincolnshire. With 40 years in sales, account management and business development, including around 30 years working in and alongside the property industry, she has built a career on creating trusted, long-lasting relationships.

Hayley is passionate about growing the Fine & Country Northern Lincolnshire brand, building new connections and creating opportunities that help both clients and the business thrive. She loves meeting new people and no two days are ever the same, which is exactly how she likes it. The most rewarding part of her role is seeing relationships develop into long-term partnerships and knowing she’s helped make a positive difference to someone’s business or property journey.

A little more about Hayley…

Hayley’s dream property would be a beautifully renovated country home full of character, with stunning views, plenty of outdoor space, a cosy kitchen, a log burner, and, if she could have one extra luxury, an indoor pool and steam room!

In her spare time, Hayley enjoys exploring the countryside, visiting interesting places, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Her favourite meal is a traditional Sunday roast.

Autumn is her favourite season.

If Hayley could have any superpower, it would be teleportation because life is far too short for queues, airports and traffic jams!

Her dream holiday destination is New Zealand, although anywhere with spectacular scenery, fantastic food and a relaxed pace of life would make her happy. Hayley was lucky enough to visit Borneo, which she says was amazing!

When it comes to sport, football just takes the top spot, although she’s equally happy watching golf, cricket, darts or snooker.

Hayley’s claim to fame includes being rescued by former politician Norman Tebbit, who opened a train door she couldn’t get out of, and sharing a lift with comedian Jack Dee the morning after her wedding. He’d been staying at the same hotel and even commented that their wedding looked wonderful.

Three essential items Hayley would take to a desert island: a Swiss Army knife, a good book and an endless supply of tea (she’d just have to work out how to brew it!).

Tea or coffee? Tea, every time! Friends and family know her as the “Queen of Tea”… and cake!

Fun Fact: After retiring following 23 years travelling the UK working with property industry suppliers, Hayley thought she’d hung up her business development hat for good. But one conversation with the Managing Director of Fine & Country Northern Lincolnshire changed everything, and she came out of retirement to join the team. As she puts it, it was simply too good an opportunity to turn down.
