Step Inside

Bordering this area there is planning permission granted from East Lindsey Council under application number N/133/00396/21 for a two-storey holiday let with three bedrooms and an open plan living dining kitchen over the ground floor garage and storerooms. A wooden cabin with double doors and window is used as a tackle shop for visiting Anglers. Situated close to the reception parking area is a newly constructed in late 2022 a brick-built Facility block which has a member’s area with a microwave, kettle, fridge freezer and charging points. In addition there is a day ticket toilet section to include a ladies, and disabled w.c. A separate members only w.c also has a shower.
The Lakes
There are two lakes which consist of the principal fishing lake with an average depth of 5ft 5” with a silt and clay bed with lots of underwater features and an adjacent smaller breeding lake is circa a 1-acre lake, both well maintained.
The business is run as a carp lake with sixty percent of all other species having been removed from the lake. The average size of carp is around 23lb with over thirty carp over 30lbs the lake record is 41.2lbs and a mirror carp weighing in at 45lbs.
A gravelled walkway leads to individual pegs, each peg has a wooden cabin for comfort there is also communal open shelters for visitors to come together and picnic or barbecue.
There is an expansive grassed area within the grounds which would be ideal for expansion of the business to add cabins or caravans subject to any planning permission required.
