The development to which the permission relates must be begun not later that the expiration of two years from the final approval of the reserved matters or, in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter to be approved.

Overage Clause
Should the purchaser wish to increase the number of dwellings on this site above six, there will be an overage payment due to the vendors or their successors in title of 50% of the uplift in value, after reasonable costs, for a term of 50 years.

Boundary Treatment
