Setup
Once you’ve decided to proceed, you’ll receive a secure payment link for the initial setup fee, allowing work on your Sale Ready Pack to begin.
Complete Your Documentation
You’ll receive your paperwork electronically and complete the required property information forms through your secure online portal. Throughout the process, your Sale Ready Specialist is on hand to guide you.
Your Conveyancer Takes Over
Once your documentation has been completed, your dedicated conveyancer reviews everything, prepares the legal pack and raises any additional enquiries if required.
Your Property Becomes Sale Ready
When the legal pack has been approved, your property is marketed as Sale Ready, allowing prospective buyers to access key legal information much earlier in the buying process.
