I would like to say a massive thank you to Kate Jeffery. Buying your first home is probably one of the biggest and most daunting things you will ever experience. I didn’t have a clue of what to expect or the process involved in buying a house. However, having Kate at the helm was a big comfort. From the beginning then to submitting an offer right through to setting the completion date she has been there for me. She has been professional, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything about the process at every given stage and was always there when I needed to ask advice. Kate made what could have been a very stressful time seem like a walk in the park. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work, she’s a credit to DDM and an absolute gem of a woman! Highly recommended.
